Mustang GT / Cobra / Foxbody Double / Triple Pump Fuel Hat Designed For Return or Return-less Fuel Systems

We were the first to offer a hat assembly for the Mustangs to allow multiple pumps to feed and have only one single feed line outlet. Our design starts with 4 solid billet 6061 chunk of aluminum and machined down to what you see here.  This is where our setup is different from anything on the market currently. We designed the top portion as 2 pieces and machined the top so all fuel pumps would come out of 1 single port.  Its more involved and labor intensive to do so but avoids any need for extra lines and Y-blocks. So you just have one simple line coming out of the hat to work forward no matter how many pumps you are running.

The great part of this design, you can also run it with a return or return-less system. We have a return port shown machined into each On3 fuel hat and if you choose to stay return-less, you just plug the -8an return port.

We now ship all fuel hat systems with our e-85 coating standard, $30 savings over last year and once again we have improved the design for 2015. If you are going to run an Ethanol based fuel like e-85, we recommend our coating to prevent corrosion(Black Coated). Depending on who you talk to, some believe it doesn't matter and its not needed but we will leave that option for the purchaser of the kit.

1987 - 1993 Foxbody 5.0 Mustang Customers:

This hat is a great option for your 5.0 fuel system but will require a fuel tank from a 99-04 Mustang. We use this same combo on our On 3 Performance 4.6 4v swapped 90 Foxbody coupe. In that car we are running our triple On 3 255lph pumps with E-85 in a return system. The tank will bolt in with the stock straps but will require you to modify a filler neck from the 99-04 cars. Its pretty simple to do and we have photos we can supply if you buy a fuel system from us. This is a stealth system and will look like a stock tank but support 1000+ RWHP.
