Powered by Vortech’s V-3 JT-Trim supercharger, the S650 system utilizes advanced centrifugal compressor design, a patented self-contained oiling system, and industry-leading 76% adiabatic efficiency for reduced discharge temperatures, optimized thermal efficiency, and exceptional power capability beyond 1,000 horsepower.

Vortech supercharger systems are a great value. Dollar for dollar, Vortech systems deliver more horsepower than virtually any other method of upgrade. Also, driven normally, gas mileage often increases rather than decreases.

Supercharger Kit FinishesMultiple kit finishes available. For that fully integrated look, 5.0 Mustang systems are available in factory matching black finish. Satin and Polished units are also available.

Air inlet assembly includes:- Open element conical filter- Inlet elbow- Silicone sleeves- Stainless steel clamps- PCV and breather hose provisions- Replacement engine coolant pipe and hose assemblies
Engine cooling hose amendments- Replacement thermostat housing- Engine coolant reservoir relocation bracket- All necessary hoses and clamps for engine coolant re-routing- Replacement windshield washer fluid tank and filler
Mounting Brackets-Robust dual plate supercharger mounting system with 3/4" thick front plate, and 1/2" thick rear plate prohibits flex.
Discharge components include:
- High flow air/air charge cooler. 24" x 13" x 3.5" cooler core.- Mandrel bent aluminum charge tubes for high flow and minimal weight- Stainless steel clamps- Silicone sleeves- Vortech Maxflow Race Bypass Valve with filter- Provision for future bolt-on application of Vortech Maxflow BV57 bypass valve

Now, that legacy continues with the all-new S650 Mustang Supercharger Tuner Kit. Engineered specifically for the 2024-2026 Ford Mustang GT, the new system delivers the aggressive power, proven reliability, and race-inspired performance Vortech is known for worldwide.
Developed from a clean-sheet design, the S650 system features an all-new bracket architecture, optimized inlet routing, and precision accessory integration. Every component was designed to maximize belt control, airflow efficiency, system rigidity, and OEM-level fitment under extreme performance conditions.
For higher-horsepower, custom-tuned installations we recommend a tuner kit, which does not include a fuel pump, fuel injectors or ECU programmer. This requires you or your installer to provide custom calibration and the required fuel components. The V-3 JT-Trim supercharger included with the tuner kit is capable of up to 1,000 HP on modified vehicles.
