We have performed many tests on the dyno and at the track, working diligently to make sure our intercoolers perform at the highest standard. We've made several tweaks in the manufacturing process to ensure our intercoolers are as efficient as possible, while still having a low boost pressure-drop across the core. Cast aluminum end tanks provide superior strength and reliability.
We recommend our 4" intercooler for up to 1000whp. For vehicles making 500hp+ that have the space for a 4" core, this is a great option. No matter how much power you make, the cooler the air is, the more power you will make.
