We decided it was time to release the 4th Gen Cummins Intercooler. We are always stocking these Intercoolers, we do our best to have them ready to ship daily. This is designed for the 2013 - 2018 Dodge Ram Cummins turbo diesel trucks. From testing these Intercoolers, the truck dropped intake air temps significantly, even during driving around the city. The truck comes into boost quicker and noticed also a small increase in fuel efficiency. A QUESTION ASKED FAR TOO MUCH, is this unit a factory replacement or more of a performance related product? This intercooler trumps the factory unit in all aspects, it's not even close to a comparison. This unit is just over 50% increase in core flow with a much better fin design over stock, this allows for much cooler IAT and EGT. While this can be used as a performance gain, it also can be used as a factory replacement. This Intercooler core is 5\" thick with Stock size inlet and outlets on the Intercooler so it can be used with the factory piping if you choose to. As you can see the Intercooler is much thicker in comparison to stock. But it does still fit with all the factory shrouding which is important as well to direct the air through it. So as soon as you start turning things up and making more power, your past its point of efficiency. When the cars start getting up into the higher rpm range, the turbos are moving a lot of air and its getting extremely heat soaked. As the temperatures start rising over the pull, the factory computer will start pulling timing and thus the car is losing power and restricted by its own factory hardware. In order to combat this, you are introduced to the On 3 Performance 7\" core air to air intercooler. We decided to offer a stepped core design that allows for even more core than our original n54 design. This allows us to get more intercooler in a factory tight fitting location without cutting anything. Our intercooler trumps the factory design in all aspects of size and efficiency. We are able to keep the air much cooler, keep more timing in the car, and result in a cooler charge air temp and allowing the car to make more power, safer. On a turbo car, its all about keeping the air as close to ambient as possible throughout the duration of a pull. This is going to keep the air as cool as it can possibly be without going to an air to water full out race combination. We have tested our intercooler cores past 1200rwhp on specific applications so you can buy with confidence. That is over 1400hp at the crank and we have diesels running our same cores up to and over 100psi. Since then, we upgraded the car to our new 7\" Core 335i Intercooler and went back to the dyno for a few more pulls. Not surprised, the IAT's were down and from the start of the pull till the end, we are only getting a 8 degree rise. The pull was starting at 93 degrees and ends right at 101 degrees. This is a HUGE gain and by just keeping the temps down, we were down 1psi at 15# of boost and making 40 MORE HP to the tires, this is due to airflow and timing being able to stay in the engine up top. So if you are pushing the stock turbos or on an upgraded turbo setup, this is a must have. This is the ultimate package for the Eco-Boost Mustang and yielded us with some of the best results seen to date. We are looking at releasing the full system around early September as of right now. The On 3 Performance Eco-boost Mustang intercooler kit with 4\" cold air induction system has provided to be extremely efficient with a killer installed fit and finish. After rolling the car on the dyno, we were amazed to see that the air charge temps on a full dyno pull only would rise less than 10 degrees from the starting temperatures. Most instantly will think we were on an unloaded dyno or just a quick pull, that is not the case. We conducted all the pulls on a loaded Mustang Dyno and passes taking around 10 seconds per pull.   This is truly amazing date when you compare that the factory setup has been recorded over 200 degrees! With our setup, it was around 75 degree ambient temperature and the pull started at right over 80 degrees. The air charge temp never touch 90 degree's, that is simply outstanding when you understand what that does for the car. It would continuously add timing which in almost all cases, these cars will start pulling timing (losing power) as you run through the gears from such HOT iat's.   Our package is not simply just an intercooler that is thrown on the car and you call it a day. We have developed the intercooler from scratch, using one of our 3.5\" core bar and plate design. Comes standard with our intercooler mount that is easy to install and bolt up very clean. Here is where our system is different, we didn't just call it a day with the intercooler, our packages come with everything. First to feed the turbo cooler air which is extremely important, we developed the MASSIVE 4\" cold air induction system.  This provides the turbo fresh air from the inner fender well, crucial to keeping those iat's to the lowest temperature possible. Cooler the air, more oxygen there will be and that is going to equate to more horsepower. Coming out of the turbo, we developed an aluminum hard intercooler pipe set that takes the air from the turbocharger down to the new intercooler inlet and then all the way back up to the throttle body. So this is a complete system with all couplers, stainless steel t-bolt clamps, ready to install.   Every On 3 Performance intercooler package we have is paired up with our On 3 Performance 50mm blow off valve kit. The intercooler tubing is pre-welded for the valve and you simple run your vacuum line over to it and it is LOUD! Our test car was seeing just around 20psi on the dyno and sounded amazing. Overall the whole sound when driving is changed as you really hear the air suction when rolling the throttle. This is all due to the car being uncorked and really having a system that is able to breath without restriction. With this upgrade your going to keep the charge air cooler which directly relates to a more densely, oxygen packed air entering the engine. One thing these trucks do when they become heat soaked is pull timing and your going to lose horsepower in this situation. With our upgraded intercooler, it will be harder to heat soak and has a better cooling capacity than the inferior factory cooler. As these trucks get hot, they will start pulling timing which is going to effect the performance tremendously. This will keep the air temps in check and significantly below the charge air temps the factory unit will maintain. Another major issue the factory coolers have is condensation in them. We have people ask constantly if we have a drain valve. Our coolers do not have the condensation issue and thus no need for a drain valve. Each of our intercooler upgrades also come with the On 3 Performance 50mm external blow off valve. On the 2013-14 trucks they come factory with an electronic blow off valve. When we tuned our 2013, we deleted the factory unit and just run the On 3 external 50mm blow off valve. On the 2011-12 trucks, they have the blow off valve built into the compressor covers. We now have our own block-off plates which can be ordered when checking out.
