Bends not 100% accurate; hard to correct; need to drop exhaust
Was having issues installing these lines and started comparing critical bends from the OE lines to these and found they were off. Used tubing bender to try to fix but started causing other mis-alignments. Stainless steel is no joke to bend. Another issue came from the fact these lines come bent in half for shipping purposes, and the customer has to accurately unbend them before install... my unbend was not accurate and added further issues to my install. To top that off, I didn't realize you have to remove the exhaust to replace the entire line as one unit. Although that's my fault I think it would be good to add that to the description of this item. I ended up chopping up one of the lines into segments to facilitate install with rubber unions and still no go, the mis-bent segments are still too far off and wont align. $200 gone. I think these stainless complete lines are best left to people who 1) have professional tools, 2) have time, 3) have a particular value for going stainless as NiCopp is easier to bend and you can do a full unbroken rust-proof run in it just like these. And no I do not care if anyone claims the lines are CNC bent and no one else has complained, I compared the lines and they were off.
